How do I cancel my recurring charges?

You may requeset a cancellation on any recurring billing through the support system by email.

If you want to cancel before you are charged again, please make sure that it is within the 30 days form the last charge and that you email us the week before if the date lands on a weekend or holiday. 

Once you are charged for recurring billing, you will not be refunded for it. No exceptions.
